Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Glaval Titan II, Primetime, Entourage, Concorde II, Commute, Forest River Bus Eldorado, Champion Bus, Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, 2026-2027 Glaval Universal, Starcraft Allstar, Startrans Candidate II, and 2025-2027 Forest River Bus Senator II, equipped with certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

The exterior-mounted air conditioning compressor may contact the optional stabilizer/sway bar, possibly causing mount failure and resulting in a loss of power or steering control.

A loss of power and/or steering control increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy

If the roof hatch external handle breaks, in the event of an emergency, the hatch cannot be easily opened from outside the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

These vehicles are equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts by Ricon. The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack. Additionally, the lifts are equipped with folding link arms that may have pivot holes that are too big, allowing the bearings to move out of position.

If the platform side plates crack or the platform mounting fails from out-of-position bearings, the lift platform can separate from the lift and come to rest against the vehicle's lift door.
