Here is what we collect for recall alerts and product pilots, and why.
Recall alerts
When you start an alert, we store your email address, the vehicle you chose, confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, subscription status, and relevant timestamps. We use this information only to operate the alerts you requested.
Fleet pilot
When you join the fleet pilot, we store your email address, organization name, fleet size range, organization type, pricing response, notes you choose to provide, and the time you joined. We use this information to evaluate, build, and operate the fleet product.
We use Resend to deliver confirmation messages and recall alerts. Alert emails include a link that stops that specific vehicle watch. We may separately email fleet pilot applicants about the pilot they requested.
Sale of information
We do not sell the personal information submitted through our forms.
Official recall checks
Recall You Later is a search and notification layer over public recall records. Always confirm a vehicle's current recall and remedy status with NHTSA or its manufacturer.
