Consequence
DRIVER CAN DRIVE OFF WITH EXIT DOOR NOT CLOSED AND LOCKEDWHICH COULD RESULT IN A PASSENGER FALLING OUT OF THE EXIT DOOR WHILE THE BUS ISMOVING.
Remedy
CORRECT DOOR WIRING AND READJUST DOORS.
