THE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLIES WERE IMPROPERLY MANUFACTURED. THIS CAN CAUSE THE SEPARATION OF THE BRAKE BOOSTER HOUSING DURING A HIGH EFFORT BRAKING MANEUVER.

REPLACE DEFECTIVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLIES.
