OCCUPANT, THOUGH STILL RESTRAINED BY THE LAP PORTION OFTHE BELT, WOULD NOT HAVE UPPER BODY PROTECTION.
Repair
REINSTALL THE RETRACTOR ATTACHMENT BOLT.
