What can happen
FAN FAILURE COULD RESULT IN PARTS BEING PROPELLED OUTSIDEOF THE FAN SHROUD, WHICH COULD INJURE THE PERSON STANDING NEAR THE ENGINECOMPARTMENT.
Repair
REPLACE FAN WITH AN ALTERNATE FAN.
