DRAWBAR EYE OF TANDEM AXLE CONVERTER GEAR DOLLY MAY FRACTURE. (THIS PERTAINS ONLY TO DOLLY OF THE SECOND OR TRAILING UNIT IN THE TRAIN CONFIGURATIONS). CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: TRAILING UNIT COULD SEPARATE, AND BECOME A TRAFFIC HAZARD.
