THE INVOLVED TRUCKS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 208, "OCCUPANT CRASH PROTECTION", IN THAT THE EXTENDED RIDER"S SEAT WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A SEAT BELT AS REQUIRED.
